After years of cooking in some of the worlds most exclusive restaurants, under the most prestigious chefs and for some of the most well-known HNW private clients, Ross set up a private chef experience service and online nutrition food hub.

Combining his knowledge and experience with his passion for making food an experience you will never forget, Ross packs his food with personality and flavour.

Having played rugby to a high level, Ross knows only too well what fuelling your body with the right things can do for your game. Combining these two elements of Ross’s life and career, has elevated his work to levels to be admired.

Ross holds a world recognised qualification in nutrition coaching as well as earning awards such as Young Chef of the Year and Best Concept. Ross has worked in Cliveden House, Soho Farmhouse, Tivoli Lodge, The Wild Rabbit, Daylesford Organic, Restaurant Gordon Ramsey, & Simpsons. He has been a private chef for Qatari & Saudi royalty, premiership footballers, prime ministers, film producers and musicians.

Ross believes that the foundation to any great dish starts with using fresh seasonal ingredients that are not only sustainable but are also packed full of the best nutrients and flavour. He is dedicated to sourcing only the highest quality produce, ensuring that each dish is balanced in taste, texture and aesthetics. As a perfectionist, nothing less than spot-on will do either in terms of the eating or the presentation. Working closely with his clients Ross provides personalised menus tailored entirely to individual preferences, while still adhering to his high standards for quality and sustainability in every last detail of ingredient selection and preparation methods.
